PETROS SAVVA CONSTRUCTIONS & DEVELOPMENT LTD started its activities in the demanding construction sector in 2003.
The founder and current Managing Director of the Company, Petros Savva, when he started, set for himself and his associates one and only condition for their involvement in the construction sector and especially the construction and sale of houses, apartments, holiday homes: Quality in construction - Reliability in delivery.
This diptych was the pillar on which Petros Savva and his Company have literally built their good name and reputation from the day of the establishment of the Company.
Since the completion of the Company's first project back in 2003, to this day, the Company has completed and transferred to buyers who cooperated with it over 400 apartments and houses throughout the free areas of Cyprus, from Paphos and Peyia towns to Oroklini and Nicosia.
What is noteworthy is that there were no mortgages on any of the company's projects, either on building plots or houses and apartments. The company has always been trying -and so far, they have succeeded in making purchases of land, and in particular plots on which they build, to be free from encumbrances, mortgages, and generally of conditions that can cause problems.
